The SE Regional Director of Operations is responsible for the day-to-day leadership, performance, and integration of companies within the SE for Century Mechanical Holdings (CMH) working closely with the COO. This role oversees full P&L execution at the subsidiary level while implementing scalable operating systems, leadership training, safety compliance, customer experience programs, and organic growth initiatives across HVAC, Plumbing, Electrical, and MEP divisions within the SE.

The Regional DOR ensures consistent operational excellence across all companies within their oversight—driving measurable improvements in revenue, gross margin, labor efficiency, service performance, safety, compliance, leadership development, and employee engagement—while preserving the entrepreneurial culture of each brand.
