Medicaid Waiver Program Experience Required - Preference to candidates in Eastern Standard Time
Position Summary
- Assisting with documentation and data entry related to the new requirements
- Supporting member outreach and follow-up activities
- Helping monitor and track compliance metrics
- Reducing administrative burden on existing waiver specialists, allowing them to focus on clinical priorities
Required Qualifications
- Waiver Review Experience- Prefer VA DMAS Portal
- 2-3 years of prior Manage Care experience
- 1-2 years Effective communication, telephonic and organization skills with ability to be agile, managing multiple priorities at one time, and adapting to change with enthusiasm
- Demonstrates ability to meet daily metrics with speed, accuracy and a positive attitude
Preferred Qualifications
- Prior experience with DMAS portal waiver review
Education
- High school diploma or G.E.D. or equivalent experience

The typical pay range for this role is:
$ $35.29This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.
