Are you a seasoned Manufacturing Project Manager ready to lead complex equipment installations and drive process improvements across multiple facilities? Trissential is hiring a Manufacturing PM to join our client's team in Minneapolis, MN. This is a hands-on, business-side role, where your leadership will directly impact production efficiency and operational excellence.

Your Role & Responsibilities

  • Lead the installation and stabilization of new manufacturing equipment
  • Coordinate with vendors (including international), internal teams, and third-party contractors
  • Develop and manage detailed project plans, schedules, and budgets
  • Drive process improvement initiatives across facilities
  • Identify and mitigate risks related to equipment, supply chain, and production schedules
  • Implement best practices in project management and manufacturing operations
  • Facilitate cross-functional collaboration and knowledge transfer
  • Mentor internal staff and promote PM best practices

Skills & Experience You Should Possess

  • 8+ years of project management experience in manufacturing environments
  • Proven success managing equipment installations and vendor relationships
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
  • Proven ability to communicate effectively and build strong relationships across all organizational levels, from executives to frontline operators.
  • Experience with automated manufacturing technologies
  • Ability to challenge existing processes and drive change

Bonus Points If You Have

  • PMP or Lean/Six Sigma certification
  • Experience working across multiple facilities
  • Exposure to international vendor coordination

Education & Certifications You Need

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, or a related field
  • PMP or Lean/Six Sigma certification preferred
