Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Marketing Manager to lead integrated marketing initiatives across both our wholesale business and bakery division. This role will drive brand visibility, strengthen customer engagement, support new product development, and oversee the successful execution of trade shows, events, and retail activations. The ideal candidate is bilingual (English & Mandarin), highly organized, and thrives in a fast-paced environment that values creativity, collaboration, and results.

Responsibilities:

Wholesale Business

  • Brand Development & Strategy: Build and implement brand-specific marketing strategies and annual content calendars that enhance visibility and drive growth in the wholesale channel.
  • Digital & Social Media: Oversee all wholesale-related digital channels, including website content, product storytelling, and social media platforms. Develop original content, monitor performance metrics, and refine campaigns for maximum engagement and ROI. Strong understanding on WeChat & XHS campaign management.
  • Trade Show Leadership: Lead the planning and execution of all trade show participation, including vendor coordination, booth design and logistics, collateral development, and on-site representation. Ensure brand presence aligns with corporate standards and industry positioning.
  • Product Development Support: Partner with cross-functional teams (merchandising, creative, and operations) on product innovation initiatives, including packaging design, marketing collateral, and launch campaigns that highlight product features and benefits.

Bakery Department

  • Product Launch Management: Develop and maintain a comprehensive bakery launch calendar that ensures timely rollout of seasonal and permanent items across all markets.
  • Visual Merchandising & Display: Establish best-practice display guidelines to ensure consistent, engaging, and sales-driven presentation across stores. Conduct periodic audits and provide feedback for continuous improvement.
  • Cross-Department Collaboration: Work with R&D, operations, and creative teams to refine product packaging, promotional assets, and in-store communication that elevate the bakery brand identity.

General Marketing & Leadership

  • Event Marketing & Activations: Plan, coordinate, and execute high-impact marketing events—including store grand openings, community partnerships, seasonal campaigns, and retail activations—that build brand equity and engage local audiences.
  • Market Insights & Analysis: Conduct ongoing research on consumer behavior, category trends, and competitive landscape to identify opportunities and inform strategy. Translate insights into actionable marketing plans.
  • Campaign Execution & Reporting: Lead the development and execution of multi-channel campaigns. Track performance, analyze results, and prepare post-campaign reports with recommendations for optimization.
  • Internal Communications & Branding: Support corporate communication initiatives, including presentations, training materials, and internal campaigns to align staff on brand objectives and product launches.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by management.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communication, Business Administration, or a related field (Master's Preferred).
  • Minimum 3–5 years of marketing experience, preferably in retail, food, or wholesale sectors.
  • Bilingual proficiency in English & Mandarin Chinese (verbal and written).
  • Familiarity with multicultural or multilingual marketing campaigns is preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of digital marketing platforms (social media, website CMS, analytics tools).
  • Strong creative and analytical abilities, with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including proofreading and bilingual content development (Mandarin/English preferred).
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects with competing deadlines.
  • Demonstrated success in event coordination, trade show management, or retail activations.
  • Excellent project management, organizational, and multitasking skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Solid analytical and problem-solving abilities with a focus on results and ROI.
  • Positive attitude, adaptability, and a passion for serving multicultural communities.
  • Authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.

Physical Requirements:

  • Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer
  • This job may require standing or walking for extended periods of time, lifting up to 50 pounds, and performing repetitive motions.

  • Travel: 10% ~ 15%
  • Working Hours: Monday - Friday 9AM - 5:30PM
  • Available to work on weekends and holidays as necessary.

Compensation:

The pay range for this job starts at $70,000 per year. This is a general guideline only and not a guarantee of compensation or salary.
