COMPENSATION: Based on Experience

Cleary Building Corp. is seeking an energetic, hardworking, and motivated individual to join our Marketing team at our Headquarters in Verona, Wisconsin. For over 47 years, Cleary Building Corp. has been a family-owned, debt-free, nationwide manufacturer and builder of pre-engineered post-frame structures. With over 130,000 structures sold, we operate with a high sense of urgency in a successful, disciplined, and exciting environment.

Position responsibilities include:

  • Create engaging content for blogs, social media, email newsletters, and website pages that align with our marketing goals.
  • Create engaging brochures, flyers, and display boards
  • Analyze performance metrics and use data to inform marketing strategies and optimize campaigns.
  • Manage digital marketing campaigns across multiple channels, including social media, email, and SEO.
  • Work with the marketing and sales management to develop new advertisements to increase leads
  • Pre-screening customer's sales inquiries

The successful candidate will have:

  • Experience with InDesign required
  • WordPress experience for website and content management
  • Creative writing experience
  • SEO experience
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills
  • Strong organizational skills to effectively manage multiple projects
  • Experience with Microsoft Office Suite (Word and Excel)
  • The ability to multi-task and work with a cross-functional team
