We're seeking experienced Residential Solar Field Service Technicians to join our growing service team. Whether you're looking for a full-time W-2 position or prefer to work as a 1099 contractor, we have opportunities for professionals who take pride in their technical expertise and customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair residential solar PV and battery systems.
  • Replace and configure defective components such as inverters, microinverters, optimizers, and communication devices.
  • Perform commissioning and re-commissioning using manufacturer tools
  • Verify system performance and ensure proper operation after service completion.
  • Maintain accurate documentation, service reports, and job photos.
  • Communicate clearly and professionally with homeowners about system performance and repairs.
  • Follow all company safety procedures and electrical codes when working on rooftops and electrical systems.

Qualifications & Requirements:

  • Minimum 1-2 years of residential solar experience (service or installation).
  • Hands-on experience with SolarEdge, Enphase, Chilicon, and Tesla Energy systems.
  • Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills.
  • Ability to read and interpret electrical single-line diagrams.
  • Proficiency with monitoring and commissioning apps.
  • Comfortable working on ladders, rooftops, and in outdoor environments.
  • Excellent communication and customer interaction skills.
  • Technicians must have their own tools suitable for solar and electrical service work.
  • Valid driver's license and clean driving record required.
  • OSHA 10 or OSHA 30 certification preferred.
  • NABCEP certification or residential electrical experience is a plus.

Compensation & Benefits:

  • Weekly salary: $1,050–$1,150
