We are seeking Residential Solar Site Surveyors to join our growing team. No prior solar experience is required — full training will be provided. This is a hands-on role that requires attention to detail, excellent communication, and willingness to work on 1–2 story roofs. Both W-2 employees and 1099 contractors are welcome to apply.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct on-site surveys of residential properties to assess suitability for solar panel and battery installations.
  • Take measurements, document roof conditions, and gather site data for system design.
  • Photograph and record roof layouts, shading, and potential obstacles.
  • Enter survey data into company systems accurately and efficiently.
  • Communicate clearly and professionally with homeowners during site visits.
  • Follow all safety procedures when working on rooftops.

Qualifications & Requirements:

  • No prior solar experience required — training provided.
  • Comfortable working on 1–2 story roofs.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.
  • Good communication and customer service skills.
  • Ability to work independently and reliably.
  • Valid driver's license and clean driving record required.
