Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to develop strategies for client engagement and relationship management

  • Assist clients with questions, product information, and support to ensure a seamless, positive experience

  • Contribute to maintaining strong client satisfaction and loyalty through proactive communication

  • Support marketing initiatives, including event promotions, product launches, and outreach campaigns

  • Identify client needs or recurring challenges and communicate insights to management for improvement

  • Help design and implement strategies to enhance overall client experience and retention

  • Escalate complex issues to management when necessary

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED required; college degree preferred

  • Previous experience in client relations, marketing support, or customer service is a plus but not required

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

  • Proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)

  • Organized, dependable, and able to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment

  • Positive attitude and a willingness to learn and grow
