At Sanders Fine Portraits, we don't just sell portraits, we guide families through a legacy experience that results in powerful, emotional artwork they'll treasure for generations. We're looking for a confident, polished sales professional with a proven track record of success in high-ticket, in-person sales.

This role offers top-tier earnings with a part-time schedule and zero cold calling. You'll step into a calendar of warm, pre-qualified leads who are ready for a premium experience.

To Be Considered, You Must Have:
  • 5+ years of successful experience in high-trust, consultative sales
  • (In-person with an average sale value of $1,500+ strongly preferred)
  • A proven track record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets
  • Expert-level skills in negotiation, active listening, solution selling, and closing
  • Exceptional emotional intelligence and the ability to guide clients through meaningful decisions
  • Comfort using a structured script while making it feel natural and personal
  • Sunday availability required, plus 1-2 additional full in-studio days per week based on performance
  • A professional presence and ability to represent a high-end brand experience

  • Lead in-studio sales consultations for custom portrait artwork
