Description
Internal Transfer Specialists are responsible for the systemic movement of inventory between our DC's, stores and internal departments. Specialists communicate with internal partners in operations, merchandising, visual, etc. to coordinate what should arrive at the stores for new floor sets and biweekly transfers. Work with new store opening team to determine schedule and confirmation of product shipping to the store.
Process store transfers including new stores and LOFT locations
- Process all store stock and customer's pick-up orders to stores
- Send confirmaon of products the store should expect to visual team
- Work with visuals to make any changes prior to finalizing manifest
- Build manifest and communicate with distribuon center outbound teams
- Confirm all transfers have been sent as expected and take acon as needed if issues arise
Process reverse transfers
- Process the transfer at the store's request to reverse skus out of their inventory
- Send confirmaon to the store, visual, hub and final mile teams with details
- Record on our internal log for tracking
- Acknowledge the transfer into the hub once confirmed on the TRL and set up RA back to DC
- Follow up to completion on all discrepancies that arise
Process internal transfer requests
- Process all requested movement in/out from DC to internal departments
- Acknowledge transfers moved between departments internally
Requirements
- Education: High school diploma; College degree preferred
- Shared core values: Greatness, Integrity, Community and Innovaon
- Years of experience: Some customer service experience preferred
- Valid Driver's license preferred
- Computer proficiency: Working knowledge of computer programs
- Understanding of general work pracces in warehousing and distribuon, including order processing, picking, and
shipping processes and procedures.
- Dedicated to business and allows flexibility with work hours if necessary
- Performing tasks using a computer and telephone daily
- Repetitive processing steps
- Maintain confidentiality of customer information.
- Always willing to adapt to change and keep an open mind to training
- Consistent regular scheduled attendance is considered an essential function of this job.
