Chief of Staff
 to join us —owning key pieces of the business and setting the culture for years to come.

What you'll do:

  • Drive strategic initiatives and special projects from conception to execution
  • Work directly with founders on company strategy, fundraising, and key business decisions
  • Build and optimize operational processes across the company
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams and ensure alignment on key objectives
  • Own critical business metrics and drive accountability across the organization
  • Shape and mentor the company culture—values, processes, communication
  • Move fast: execute, measure, get feedback, repeat
  • Help set our operational standards for years to come
