We provide a structured system, mentorship, and tools, but your experience and MINDSET will define your results. You'll focus on building relationships, closing high-value sales, and delivering impact to homeowners navigating the insurance restoration process. Behind you is a full support team handling operations, marketing, compliance, and production. Allowing you to stay focused on growth, income, and leadership opportunities. REQUIREMENTS:
- Ability to meet goals and build new relationships
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Valid driver's license and dependable vehicle
- Prior sales experience is a plus but not required
- Open to entry-level candidates ready to learn
COMPENSATION:
- Paid training to develop your skills
- Competitive commission plus base pay

RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Attend daily office check-ins for guidance and mentoring
- Generate leads through neighborhood outreach and canvassing
- Explain inspection results and present roofing solutions clearly
- Assist homeowners with starting their insurance claim process
- Communicate job and customer details to the office for smooth project follow-up
