Department Overview

Our internship program is designed to provide you with a comprehensive

understanding of business operations, accounting functions, and production

processes within our company. The internship is divided into three distinct stages, each offering hands-on experience and opportunities for growth. You will learn how different departments interconnect and how operational, financial, and production elements combine to serve our clients and vendors.

Job Description

Stage 1: Business Operations

Focus: Learn the foundation of our business operations and how each function

impacts the overall company success.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Introduction to Operations: Gain an understanding of how we

operate day-to-day, including supply chain management, vendor relations, client

onboarding, and process optimization.

  • Vendor and Client Onboarding: Get hands-on experience in the end-

to-end process of bringing on new vendors and clients, ensuring proper setup,

communication, and integration with our systems.

  • Process Documentation: Learn the internal workflows and systems

that keep operations running smoothly.

  • Collaborate Across Teams: Work closely with the Operations team to

see how different functions interact and support each other within the business.

Learning Outcomes:

  • Gain an in-depth understanding of how operations drive business

success.

  • Understand the relationships between various departments and the

operational flow.

  • Develop practical knowledge of vendor and client management

processes.

Stage 2: Accounting Functions

Focus: Dive into the financial side of the business and learn how operational

functions feed into the accounting processes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Understanding Financials: Walk through the accounting lifecycle,

from invoicing and payments to financial reporting.

  • Operational to Financial Connection: Learn how operational

decisions directly affect financial outcomes, including cost tracking, budget

allocation, and financial forecasting.

  • Vendor & Lender Impact: Understand how vendors, lenders, and

other stakeholders impact the company's finances and bottom line differently.

  • Accounting Systems: Get hands-on experience using accounting

software to track expenses, revenues, and other financial metrics.

Learning Outcomes:

  • Understand how the business's financial health is maintained and

monitored.

  • Learn the practical applications of accounting functions in a real-world

setting.

  • Gain insights into how operational decisions can affect a company's

financials.

Stage 3: Production Role

Focus: Apply your understanding of business operations and accounting to the

production side of the company.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Production Process Overview: Shadow and assist with day-to-day

production tasks to see how we deliver our products/services to clients and vendors.

  • Client & Vendor Interaction: Learn how our team collaborates with

clients and vendors to ensure that the production process is efficient, timely, and

aligned with company goals.

  • Quality Control & Performance Metrics: Participate in quality checks

and track production performance metrics.

  • Collaborative Learning: Work alongside the production team to

understand the dynamics of delivering value to clients while maintaining cost-

efficiency.

Learning Outcomes:

  • Develop practical production skills and understand the impact of

operational and accounting decisions on production processes.

  • Gain firsthand experience in managing client and vendor relationships.
  • Learn how to manage production schedules, troubleshoot challenges,

and ensure consistent service delivery.

Qualifications:

  • Currently enrolled in or recent graduate of a Business Administration,

Finance, Accounting, Operations Management, or related program.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively in cross-functional teams.
  • Interest in business operations, accounting, and production

management.

  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail and the ability to handle

multiple tasks.
