Weee is the largest and fastest-growing ethnic e-grocer in the United States, operating in one of the largest underserved categories in retail with affordable access to exciting ethnic food. By partnering with local suppliers, redesigning the value chain and leveraging social buying, Weee is reshaping the grocery business entirely. You can read more about us on Business Insider, Reuters and TechCrunch.
Weee is headquartered in Fremont, CA, and is currently available coast to coast with exceptional growth (5x YoY) across geographies, categories and ethnicities. We have raised $800M+ in funding to date from leading investors including Softbank Vision Funds, DST, Blackstone, Tiger Global, Lightspeed Ventures, Goodwater Capital, XVC and iFly. The opportunity now is to join a rocketship as we prepare for the next stage of growth, and an eventual public listing.
Senior Product Manager, Purchase/Post PurchaseAbout the role
As a Senior Product Manager at Weee, you'll lead strategic product development for the fastest-growing ethnic e-grocer, identifying gaps and opportunities that significantly move the needle in our Purchase and Post Purchase experiences. You will be building Purchase and Post Purchase product experiences for a platform powering a multibrand family across Weee, MásGusto, and our future brands, all remarkably positioned for expansive growth. This is not a traditional senior PM role - we are looking for a hands-on contributor with proficiency who works alongside designers and engineers. You're a builder accountable for quality outcomes. You excel at both 0-to-1 building and rearchitecting often fragmented systems into cohesive engines. You act with conviction on impactful projects, prove hypotheses systematically, and aren't afraid to challenge the status quo. You'll drive impact with small, tight teams by architecting scalable core platform systems, while mentoring other PMs to elevate the entire team's craft. You'll be a core contributor to an essential part of our product ecosystem, directly shaping our customer experience and grow with our team.
This is an in-house position, 5 days a week in Fremont, CA

- Experience with both 0-to-1 building and rearchitecting/consolidating fragmented systems
