About the Role
We are hiring a Sales Associate (SDR/BDR level) to generate qualified meetings for the U.S. market. This is a target-driven outbound sales role focused on cold calling and structured multi-channel outreach using HubSpot Sales and
You will engage directly with operations and service leaders within
industrial manufacturing companies
to qualify interest and book meetings for our Sales Director. Messaging, outreach frameworks, and workflows are provided — your responsibility is to execute with precision, engage effectively, and drive results.
The role is
hybrid from the start
, requiring
three days per week in the office
to support collaboration, coaching, and performance management.
Working hours must align with the U.S. East Coast
to match prospect availability. This role does not involve travel.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct daily cold calls and outbound prospecting using phone, LinkedIn, and email
- Execute structured outreach campaigns using provided sequences (no copywriting required)
- Follow up with inbound leads from website forms, LinkedIn campaigns, and Gartner listings
- Qualify prospects based on provided criteria and book meetings (SQLs) for the U.S. Sales Director
- Maintain a consistent pace to achieve
a minimum of 5 SQLs per week
once ramped - Accurately log activity, call notes, and contact status in HubSpot and Apollo
- Share daily and weekly outreach summaries, including calls placed, conversations held, SQLs booked, and key trends
- Apply coaching feedback and participate in regular reviews to improve conversion and objection handling
- Provide insights into prospect behavior to support improvements to targeting and scripting
Required Experience
Applicants must have
1–2 years outbound sales experience in a similar role (SDR/BDR)
, preferably within:
- SaaS / B2B technology
- Industrial manufacturing, operational software, or related technical industries
- Roles targeting operations, service, maintenance, or production leaders
Experience with high-volume phone outreach is essential.
What You Must Be Comfortable With
- Making
40–50+ cold calls per day
after initial ramp-up - Managing LinkedIn and email outreach as part of first-touch engagement
- Working to a structured messaging framework; no independent content creation
- Being measured on weekly SQL targets
- Working
on a hybrid schedule (3 days per week in the office) - Operating during
U.S. East Coast business hours - Receiving direct coaching and feedback with expectation of fast implementation
- Speaking confidently with mid- to senior-level operational decision-makers
Development Opportunity
Successful performance in this role may lead to promotion into positions such as Business Development Manager or Account Executive within approximately 12–18 months, based on consistent SQL delivery and outbound performance.
