Hotel Front Desk Agent

Job Summary
We are seeking a friendly and professional Front Desk Agent to join our team. As the first point of contact for our guests, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring a welcoming atmosphere. The ideal candidate will possess strong hospitality management skills, be proficient in guest relations, and demonstrate excellent phone etiquette. Bilingual or multilingual abilities are highly desirable, as they enhance our ability to serve a diverse clientele.
Responsibilities
- Greet guests upon arrival with a warm and welcoming demeanor.
- Check guests in and out efficiently while ensuring accuracy in billing and reservations.
- Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints promptly and professionally.
- Maintain knowledge of hotel services, local attractions, and events to assist guests effectively.
- Perform night audit duties as required, ensuring all financial transactions are accurately recorded.
- Manage phone calls with professionalism, providing information and assistance as needed.
- Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure guest satisfaction.
- Uphold hotel policies and procedures while maintaining a clean and organized front desk area.
Requirements
- Previous experience in hospitality or customer service roles is preferred.
- Strong communication skills with an emphasis on phone etiquette.
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with hotel management systems is an advantage.
- Bilingual or multilingual candidates are highly encouraged to apply.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with a focus on guest relations.
- A positive attitude and a commitment to providing outstanding service.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $ $15.00 per hour
Expected hours: No more than 40 per week
