Fleet Support Technician

Are you handy, organized, and enjoy keeping things running smoothly behind the scenes? We're looking for a Fleet Support Technician to join our growing HVAC, plumbing, and electrical team This role plays a key part in keeping our fleet safe, stocked, and ready to hit the road.

What You'll Do

  • Inspect company vehicles regularly to ensure safety, cleanliness, and compliance.
  • Identify and report maintenance needs (like worn tires, lights out, etc.).
  • Perform small vehicle repairs and maintenance (e.g., bulbs, wipers, fluids).
  • Outfit new vans to be trade-specific and remove equipment from retiring vehicles.
  • Track and organize vehicle inventory and equipment.
  • Maintain and repair small tools and equipment as needed.
  • Tow or haul equipment to job sites as required.
  • Operate a forklift safely (training provided if needed).
  • Assist with general warehouse duties and organization.

What We're Looking For

  • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
  • Ability to pass a background check and drug test.
  • Basic mechanical aptitude and attention to detail.
  • Comfortable using hand tools and light power tools.
  • Reliable, self-motivated, and able to work independently.
  • Previous experience in fleet support, warehouse, or maintenance.
  • Forklift experience is a plus.

***Must have a valid driver's license for a minimum of 3 years to qualify for this role***

PAY: $22-$30/hr DOE

WORK SCHEDULE: This is a full-time position with a schedule of Monday through Friday

Pay: $ $30.00 per hour
