We're seeking dedicated Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) who want to make a real impact by supporting seniors in the comfort of their homes. If you're compassionate, reliable, and passionate about dignity-driven care, VitalCaring is where you belong.

What You'll Do

As a CNA, you provide essential hands-on support that helps seniors remain safe, independent, and comfortable at home.

You will:

  • Assist with personal care (bathing, grooming, toileting, dressing, oral care)
  • Support safe mobility and transfers using proper techniques and equipment
  • Assist with ADLs to promote comfort, dignity, and independence
  • Monitor and report changes in condition or behavior
  • Prepare simple meals and assist with feeding as needed
  • Perform light housekeeping (laundry, linens, general tidying)
  • Offer companionship, emotional support, and engagement
  • Follow individualized care plans and agency policies
  • Maintain accurate documentation
  • Uphold privacy, dignity, and client rights at all times

What You Bring
  • Active CNA license in the state of employment
  • CPR certification (BLS may be required)
  • 6–12 months of caregiving experience preferred
  • Reliable transportation for home visits
  • Ability to lift, move, and transfer clients safely
  • Experience with seniors or chronic conditions (preferred)
  • Dementia/Alzheimer's care knowledge (preferred)
  • Comfort with electronic documentation (preferred)
