Position Overview

The Distribution Performance Manager will be responsible for driving performance excellence across distribution channels. This role will focus on continuous improvement initiatives, enhancing customer care and logistics performance, and ensuring inventory management integrity across product channels. The position requires strong analytical skills, 80/20 methodology, a proactive mindset for problem-solving, and the ability to collaborate effectively across functions to deliver measurable improvements in service levels, efficiency, and product quality.

The prime KPI is efficiency and process improvements which in turn would ultimately lead to Orders and COGS growth across all distribution channels.

Key Responsibilities

  • With the support of the Channel Operations Manager, implement continuous improvement initiatives across distribution, logistics, and customer service functions.
  • Process Ownership of the Monthly Review Cadence for the Global Distribution Team Identify performance gaps and inefficiencies, developing corrective actions to optimize distribution processes.
  • Utilize data-driven methods to improve service delivery, reduce costs, and enhance operational effectiveness.
  • Partner with customer care to monitor order accuracy, fulfillment performance, and service quality.
  • Collaborate with logistics partners to optimize transportation, warehousing, and last-mile delivery performance.
  • Ensure that distribution processes align with customer expectations and contractual obligations.

  • Work side by side with the Performance and Programs manager to implement demand programs that will drive improved COGS and Orders growth across distribution globally.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5+ years of experience in sales, marketing, or program management, preferably within a distribution or industrial sales environment.
  • Strong leadership and strategic thinking skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
  • Familiarity with industry standards, business operations, and regulatory requirements.
  • Strong analytical skills and proficiency in data analysis and reporting.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.

Salary Range

$125,000 - $175, % SICP

The salary range provided is intended to display the value of the company's base pay compensation for this position. Salary is dependent on a multitude of factors, including but not limited to the physical worksite location, the geographic market of that location, candidate's skill set, level of experience, education and internal peer compensation comparisons among other potential factors.

Candidates must be eligible to work in the United States without requiring company sponsorship to obtain or keep U.S. work authorization.
