Summary:

We're seeking a Performance Marketing pro to lead high-impact campaigns across Meta and other digital channels. You'll manage event-specific advertising with long sales cycles, optimize campaigns for buyers and cash ROI, and provide strategic thought leadership across the marketing team. This hands-on role requires 3–5 years of client-side fast-paced experience; strong direct-response skills, and the ability to drive measurable business results while mentoring others.

Responsibilities:

· Build, launch, and scale campaigns across Meta and other digital channels.

· Manage event-based long sales-cycle campaigns.

· Optimize audience targeting, creative, and messaging.

· Adjust campaigns to deliver monthly cash, buyer, and sales targets.

· Mitigate lead fraud and low-quality traffic.

· Collaborate with creative, analytics, and sales teams.

· Provide strategic thought leadership and mentor team members.

Required Qualifications:

· 3–5 years hands-on performance marketing experience with Meta advertising.

· Experience with multiple digital channels.

· Proven ability to lead and mentor team members.

· Analytical skills to optimize campaigns for key business metrics.

· Experience in a startup or high-growth fast-paced environment.

· Positive outlook, solution-focused, lead with optimism and accountability.

Preferred Qualifications:

· Experience with big-ticket, high consideration offers with long sales cycles.

· Background in financial services.

· Event-based or webinar-style lead generation campaigns.

· Familiarity with CRM and landing page tools.
