Job Description

STREAM'S CURRENT ENVIRONMENT

  • In many ways, Stream operates as a complex matrix organization at the intersection of geographic markets and business functions. Due to the varying size and maturity of individual markets, the resources and processes present to support business functions vary across markets. This complicates the definition of data integrity and analytics.
  • As Stream continues to grow an increased emphasis has been placed on quality data and enterprise analytics solutions that can support rapid growth and scale for the future. Speed, automation, accuracy, and self-service functionality will be key in achieving these goals.
  • Stream utilizes a variety of domain-specific ERPs (Financial, CRM, HR, etc.) and it is vital for leadership to have the ability to evaluate datasets across multiple departments in a flexible and robust manner.

Position Overview

The Data Warehouse Engineer will play a critical role in advancing Stream Realty Partners' enterprise analytics strategy by designing and implementing scalable, Azure-based data solutions. This individual will leverage Microsoft Azure Fabric and related technologies to modernize Stream's data warehouse environment, ensuring speed, accuracy, and scalability.

Beyond technical delivery, this role will serve as a champion for Business Intelligence (BI) across the firm—empowering business units with trusted data, promoting self-service analytics, and training end users and colleagues to expand data literacy.
