Overview:
The 'Field Supervisor - Landscape & Compliance' assists with overseeing maintenance for the grounds, facilities, and amenities of the Homeowners Association (HOA) and reports to the Property Manager. He or she is responsible for the day-to-day inspections of all landscaping services to ensure compliance with community standards. The role focuses on coordinating timely repairs and providing feedback to both the management and the landscape service providers to support overall landscape maintenance plans.
Provides exemplary service in a manner consistent with the values and mission of the Castle Group.
He or she performs all responsibilities while demonstrating outstanding customer service skills representative of Castle Royal Service as it relates to this function. This includes working interdepartmentally, as well as, with our external customers.
Responsibilities:

Perform routine visual inspections of all community landscaping, ensuring adherence to maintenance schedules and reporting any issues to the Property Manager.
Update and track landscape-related work orders, ensuring all requests are addressed and completed in a timely manner.
Communicate with landscape vendors to ensure prompt completion of maintenance tasks and repairs. Report any deficiencies to the Property Manager.
Maintain accurate records of inspections, work orders, and vendor activities in the community's software system. Provide regular updates on open issues and completed work orders.
Identify problems with grass, shrubs, trees, or irrigation systems and report these to the appropriate team member for resolution.
Assist the Property Manager with additional requests related to landscape management, such as overseeing small projects or coordinating with residents on specific landscaping concerns.
Follow all safety procedures when performing inspections and interacting with vendors, ensuring a safe environment for all workers and residents.
Support the team by completing other landscape-related tasks as directed by management, including emergency repairs or special projects.
Inspect the community on a recurring schedule as determined by the Association. Update all inspection data into the assigned compliance system, including issuing and closing out with
consistent enforcement, ensuring completion.
Ensures all safety precautions and procedures are followed while performing duties in compliance with OSHA guidelines and requirements.
May be assigned other duties by Community Association Manager.
Qualifications:
Education/Training/Certifications/Licenses:
High school diploma or equivalency preferred. May require HVAC certification.
High school diploma required.
Experience/Knowledge/Skills:
Relevant certifications or coursework in landscape maintenance or horticulture is a plus but not required.
3+ years of hands-on experience in landscaping, grounds maintenance, or a related field.
Experience with inspecting, troubleshooting, and coordinating landscape repairs or maintenance.
Familiarity with property management software systems for work order tracking and data management is an advantage.
Position will require a valid Driver's License.
Computer literacy:
Command of computer hardware/software is preferred, but not required.
Language requirements:
Multiple language fluency is desirable.
Travel and availability requirements:
May be required to travel for training sessions off-site on an ad-hoc basis.
Ability to work extended hours and weekends based on project requirement. Ability to respond to emergencies and callouts in a timely manner during on-call rotation or as directed by surpervisor.
Physical Requirements:
Ability to lift 50lbs. following appropriate safety procedures: Work in an upright standing position for long periods of time. Crawl in small and tight spaces. Ability to work in different environmental working conditions (e.g. heat, cold, wind, rain). Walk and climb stairs. Handle, grasp, feel objects and equipment. Reach with hands and arms. Communicate, receive and exchange ideas and information by means of the spoken and written. Ability to quickly and easily navigate property/buildings are required to meet the job functions. Repeat various motions with wrists, hands and fingers. Ability to detect auditory and/or visual emergency alarms. Ability to work extended/flexible hours and weekends based on project requirement. Driving when necessary (may be required to possess a valid Florida Driver's License.)

Working Conditions:
Work will be primarily outdoor work. The proportion of indoor to outdoor work will fluctuate. May be exposed to weather conditions such as heat, cold or rain while working outdoors.
