About the Role

Our client is seeking a motivated and relationship-driven
Account Executive
to join their expanding sales team. This role is ideal for someone with at least two years of sales experience who thrives in a client-facing environment and enjoys building long-term partnerships rather than transactional sales. You'll represent a leading brand in the gaming industry, working directly with casino clients to strengthen relationships, support product adoption, and drive account growth.

What You'll Do

  • Manage and grow relationships with small to mid-sized casino clients in your assigned territory
  • Serve as a trusted partner and primary point of contact for client needs
  • Conduct regular in-person meetings, site visits, and client dinners to deepen engagement
  • Collaborate closely with a Senior Sales Leader and Regional VP to align on goals and strategy
  • Support new product rollouts and client onboarding initiatives
  • Identify opportunities to increase usage and expand product adoption within existing accounts
  • Represent the company at industry events and act as a brand ambassador

What We're Looking For

  • 2+ years of sales or territory management experience
  • Proven success in relationship-based or route-style sales (medical devices, copiers, hospitality, etc.)
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Self-starter with the ability to work independently while collaborating with a larger team
  • Must reside near or be willing to relocate to a casino market
  • Willingness to travel extensively (~70%)

Compensation

  • Base Salary: $65,000-$85,000
  • On-Target Earnings: $120,000–$150,000
  • Commission paid quarterly, with balance between new sales and account growth
