Role Description
This is a full-time Administrative Assistant role located on-site in Sugar House, UT. The Administrative Assistant will handle a variety of tasks, including managing daily administrative duties, answering and directing phone calls, supporting executive staff, and maintaining organized records. Additional responsibilities will include performing clerical tasks, coordinating schedules, and ensuring smooth office operations.
The ideal candidate has a clinical background, organized, proactive, and comfortable working in a healthcare environment where confidentiality and empathy are essential.
Qualifications
- Strong Administrative Assistance and Executive Administrative Assistance skills to effectively support organizational needs and senior staff
- Excellent Phone Etiquette and Communication skills for interactions with clients, staff, and stakeholders
- Proficiency in Clerical Skills, including organization, record keeping, and attention to detail
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a dynamic office environment
- Proficiency in using standard office software and equipment, i.e. QuickBooks
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications in administrative management are a plus
- Prior experience in a healthcare or hospice setting is preferred but not required
