Territory Sales (Mountain States/TX/Midwest )
Location: Must reside in territory; with approximately 75% travel.

A leading factory representative firm in the communications industry, specializing in fiber optic networks for aerial and underground systems. We're committed to excellent customer service and helping clients succeed through installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting support.

Are you an experienced outside plant construction worker or fiber splicer? Do you have a passion for the industry, a personable nature, and a strong work ethic? Ready to leverage your technical expertise in a new direction? If you enjoy helping others, building relationships, and are motivated to grow your career in sales, we want to hear from you
Key Responsibilities:
- Transition your technical knowledge into outside sales, identifying new business opportunities in territory
- Build strong, lasting relationships with customers, technicians, and management
- Manage the entire sales process from initial contact to order fulfillment
- Travel within your territory for face-to-face meetings and customer support
- Use CRM tools to track and manage sales opportunities
- Stay informed on new technology and products in fiber optics and telecom
- Achieve and exceed sales goals and quotas
Qualifications:
- Hands-on experience in outside plant construction, fiber splicing, or telecom fieldwork
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Self-motivated, personable, reliable, and ready to learn sales
- Ability to manage your time and work independently
- Clean driving record and proficiency with basic tech tools (Microsoft Office, CRM)
- Reside within the territory or willing to relocate
