About the Apprentice Program

This full-time, paid program is designed for motivated individuals looking to start a long-term career. You'll receive hands-on training and mentorship from experienced elevator mechanics, learning the skills needed to install and service residential elevators.

Most Apprentices are promoted within 12–18 months to Service Technician or Installation Mechanic — with earning potential of $60K–$90K+ after promotion.

Requirements

You must:

  • Have a high school diploma or GED
  • Be able and willing to travel up to 90% (mostly regional travel from Greenville)
  • Be physically capable of lifting 50+ lbs and doing hard physical work
  • Be comfortable working at heights, on ladders, and in tight spaces
  • Know how to safely use hand tools
  • Have a valid driver's license and a clean driving record
  • Be able to pass a background check and drug screen

  • Prior experience in construction, electrical, mechanical, or elevator industries
