Job Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Marketing Manager to lead our marketing initiatives and drive brand awareness. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in digital marketing, content creation, and multichannel strategies. This role requires a creative thinker with excellent analytical skills to optimize campaigns and enhance our market presence.

Duties

  • Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies that align with business goals.
  • Manage SEO efforts to improve organic search rankings and drive website traffic.
  • Oversee social media marketing campaigns across various platforms, ensuring brand consistency.
  • Execute multichannel marketing initiatives, including email marketing, print advertising, and digital campaigns.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to optimize advertising sales strategies and enhance lead generation.
  • Utilize Adobe Creative Suite for designing engaging marketing materials and content.
  • Analyze campaign performance using Google Analytics and other analytics tools to inform future strategies.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape.
  • Create compelling copy for various channels, including websites, blogs, emails, and social media posts.
  • Manage e-commerce platforms and ensure seamless user experience for online customers.
  • Implement marketing automation tools to streamline processes and enhance efficiency.
  • Lead performance marketing efforts to maximize ROI on advertising spend across platforms like Google AdWords and Facebook Advertising.
  • Coordinate product management activities to align marketing efforts with product launches.

Qualifications

  • 3–5 years of experience in CPG retail grocery trade marketing.
  • Strong analytical skills with experience using syndicated data (Nielsen, SPINS, IRI).
  • Experience managing trade spend budgets.
  • Familiarity with content syndication and retailer portals preferred.
  • Strong organizational and project management skills.
  • Proficiency in Google Suite and Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint).

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $90, $110,000.00 per year
