Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Property Manager to oversee the daily operations of our residential properties. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, a customer-focused approach, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently. As a Property Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring tenant satisfaction, maintaining property standards, and maximizing the profitability of our real estate investments.
Duties
- Manage all aspects of property operations, including leasing, maintenance, and tenant relations.
- Conduct regular property inspections to ensure compliance with safety and maintenance standards.
- Handle tenant inquiries and resolve conflicts in a professional manner.
- Coordinate property maintenance and repairs, ensuring timely completion of work orders.
- Utilize property management software such as Yardi or OneSite for tracking leases, payments, and maintenance requests.
- Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract new tenants and retain existing ones.
- Prepare and manage budgets for property operations while monitoring expenses.
- Maintain accurate records of contracts, agreements, and administrative documents related to property management.
- Foster positive relationships with tenants through excellent customer service and phone etiquette.
Experience
- Proven experience in property management or a related field is preferred.
- Strong skills in sales, conflict management, facilities management, and administrative tasks are essential.
- Familiarity with property management software such as Yardi or OneSite is highly desirable.
- Excellent communication skills with a focus on customer service.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
