Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Property Manager to oversee the daily operations of our residential properties. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, a customer-focused approach, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently. As a Property Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring tenant satisfaction, maintaining property standards, and maximizing the profitability of our real estate investments.

Duties

  • Manage all aspects of property operations, including leasing, maintenance, and tenant relations.
  • Conduct regular property inspections to ensure compliance with safety and maintenance standards.
  • Handle tenant inquiries and resolve conflicts in a professional manner.
  • Coordinate property maintenance and repairs, ensuring timely completion of work orders.
  • Utilize property management software such as Yardi or OneSite for tracking leases, payments, and maintenance requests.
  • Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract new tenants and retain existing ones.
  • Prepare and manage budgets for property operations while monitoring expenses.
  • Maintain accurate records of contracts, agreements, and administrative documents related to property management.
  • Foster positive relationships with tenants through excellent customer service and phone etiquette.

Experience

  • Proven experience in property management or a related field is preferred.
  • Strong skills in sales, conflict management, facilities management, and administrative tasks are essential.
  • Familiarity with property management software such as Yardi or OneSite is highly desirable.
  • Excellent communication skills with a focus on customer service.
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
