Job DescriptionThe Director of Brand Experience Go-To-Market will lead initiatives that strengthen Visa's brand presence and increase relevance with next-generation consumers. As part of the Brand Experience team within the Global Brand Management function, this role blends strategic brand management with growth marketing and innovation—identifying emerging trends and customer needs, creating demand through compelling brand experiences, and leveraging AI to elevate design and engagement. Success will be measured by growth in branded experiences, deeper partner integration, and scalable adoption of platforms that shape the future of brand interaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Grow Brand Visibility: Set and execute growth goals that prioritize impactful brand experiences, build and manage a pipeline of Visa brand integrations across partners and geographies, and enable scalable regional expansion.
- Generate Brand Pull: Use research insights to influence partner decisions, develop testing plans across payment touchpoints to lift brand engagement, and resolve top barriers for brand integration by addressing technical, commercial, and operational challenges.
- Platform Go-to-Market: Translate market intelligence into platform requirements, build revenue models to create demand, and apply predictive and generative AI to enhance brand design and approval workflows.
- Identify Brand UX Trends: Track emerging UX trends to guide creative teams and lead innovative brand experience projects that strengthen trust and elevate Visa's market perception.
This is a hybrid position. Expectation of days in office will be confirmed by your hiring manager.

QualificationsBasic Qualifications
- 10 or more years of work experience with a Bachelor's Degree or at least 8 years of work experience with an Advanced Degree (e.g. Masters/ MBA/JD/MD) or at least 3 years of work experience with a PhD.
Preferred Qualifications
- 12 or more years of work experience with a Bachelor's Degree or 8-10 years of experience with an Advanced Degree (e.g. Masters, MBA, JD, MD) or 6+ years of work experience with a PhD.
- Brand & Go-to-Market Strategy: Extensive experience in brand strategy, product marketing, ideally within payments, fintech, SaaS, or related tech industries. Proven success setting and delivering brand growth strategies across complex, global ecosystems.
- Business Development & Pipeline Management: Expertise in building and managing a business development pipeline to drive brand integration and adoption. Demonstrated ability to create market demand and brand pull-through using research insights, partner engagement, and strategic go-to-market plans.
- Product & Technical Acumen: Hands-on experience translating business insights and client needs into clear platform and product requirements for technology teams. Strong familiarity with the application of predictive and generative AI in marketing, branding, or product design is highly desirable.
- Brand & User Experience: Deep understanding of brand experience (BX) and user experience (UX) principles, with the ability to guide and influence design and creative teams. Experience leading emerging brand initiatives (e.g., AI-driven branding, conversational commerce) is a significant plus.
- Leadership & Influence: Exceptional stakeholder management skills with a proven ability to collaborate with and influence cross-functional partners, including Marketing, Product, Technology, and Sales.
- Communication & Storytelling: An inspirational and skilled communicator, able to craft compelling narratives, business cases, and product demonstrations that resonate with executive and client audiences.
- Mindset & Attributes: A strategic thinker with a bias for action and the ability to simplify complexity. You have a genuine passion for high-quality design, thrive in global matrixed organizations, and possess a natural curiosity to identify and pursue new growth opportunities.
- Analytical Skills: Strong data-driven decision-making capabilities with expertise in setting, tracking, and optimizing KPIs to measure performance and drive strategy.
Work Hours: Varies upon the needs of the department.
Travel Requirements: This position requires travel 5-10% of the time.
Mental/Physical Requirements: This position will be performed in an office setting. The position will require the incumbent to sit and stand at a desk, communicate in person and by telephone, frequently operate standard office equipment, such as telephones and computers.

U.S. APPLICANTS ONLY: The estimated salary range for a new hire into this position is 178,300.00 to 258,800.00 USD per year, which may include potential sales incentive payments (if applicable). Salary may vary depending on job-related factors which may include knowledge, skills, experience, and location. In addition, this position may be eligible for bonus and equity. Visa has a comprehensive benefits package for which this position may be eligible that includes Medical, Dental, Vision, 401 (k), FSA/HSA, Life Insurance, Paid Time Off, and Wellness Program.
