About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to join our 3rd shift team. In this role, you will troubleshoot and repair electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic components of manufacturing equipment — including CNC Lathes and Warm Forge Presses.

The ideal candidate will have a strong electrical background with hands-on experience in maintaining and repairing production machinery in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Troubleshoot and repair CNC machines, Warm Forge Presses, and other industrial equipment.
  • Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems, components, and equipment according to electrical codes and blueprints.
  • Diagnose and replace faulty electrical, mechanical, pneumatic, and hydraulic parts.
  • Conduct preventive maintenance to ensure peak machine performance and minimize downtime.
  • Read and interpret hydraulic, mechanical, and pneumatic blueprints.
  • Document maintenance activities, repairs, and parts replacements.
  • Collaborate with engineers, technicians, and plant personnel to resolve issues and improve operational efficiency.

Required Skills & Experience

  • High School Diploma or GED required
  • Minimum 4 years of experience in maintenance within a production-oriented environment.
  • Strong knowledge of AC/DC drives, servo motors, PLCs, pneumatics, hydraulics, and industrial control systems.
  • Proven ability to troubleshoot both electrical and mechanical systems.
  • Working knowledge of blueprints and schematic diagrams.
  • Strong communication and basic computer skills.
  • Flexibility to work overtime and adapt to changing production needs.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Prior experience troubleshooting CNC machines and mechanical presses.
  • Strong electrical background preferred, but candidates with mechanical expertise are encouraged to apply.
