About the Role

is seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Administration & Accounting Officer to support daily business and operational needs across our fast-growing healthcare technology environment. This role combines administrative excellence with strong accounting capabilities, ensuring seamless coordination between internal teams, accurate financial processes, and smooth day-to-day operations.

The ideal candidate is proactive, highly organized, and comfortable working in a dynamic, tech-driven workplace where efficiency, accuracy, and professionalism are essential.

Key ResponsibilitiesAdministrative & Office Management

  • Oversee daily office operations, including scheduling, correspondence, and supplies management.
  • Coordinate travel arrangements, cross-team meetings, and company events.
  • Maintain organized filing systems, documentation, and compliance records.
  • Support HR processes such as onboarding, attendance tracking, and employee documentation.
  • Ensure an efficient, well-structured, and employee-friendly office environment aligned with 's culture.

Accounting & Finance

  • Handle full-cycle accounting for the organization.
  • Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
  • Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis to support leadership decision-making.
  • Manage employee reimbursements and company expenses.
  • Ensure compliance with accounting standards, internal policies, and audit requirements.
  • Support external audits by preparing accurate financial documentation.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 6+ years of hands-on accounting experience, preferably supporting fast-paced companies or tech environments.
  • Strong proficiency with QuickBooks.
  • Solid understanding of administrative operations and office management.
  • Experience preparing budgets, forecasts, and audit materials.
  • Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong communication and multitasking abilities.
