We are seeking a Business Systems Analyst with strong reconciliation and analytical experience to support and enhance our Oracle Account Reconciliation Cloud Solution (ARCS). This role will focus on optimizing functionality, streamlining reconciliation processes, and driving automation as the platform's capabilities expand.

Responsibilities:


• Provide day-to-day (BAU) support, configuration, and enhancements for Oracle Account Reconciliation Cloud Solution (ARCS).


• Drive process improvement by identifying automation opportunities, challenging existing practices, and contributing to a more efficient operating model


• Act as functional lead on large or cross-functional projects; coordinate timelines, deliverables, and meetings.


• Partner with business and technology teams to gather requirements and translate them into effective system solutions.


• Develop and execute test plans to validate functionality, troubleshoot issues, and ensure system accuracy. Serve as a functional lead or test coordinator when needed.


• Contribute to strategic initiatives that evolve the reconciliation operating model as ARCS functionality expands


• Support data mapping, data integrations, conversions, and other enterprise initiatives impacting reconciliation processes.


• Provide post-implementation support, gather feedback, and coordinate issue resolution.


• Manage change requests, ensuring compliance with regulatory, audit, and corporate standards.


• Provide off-hours support as needed for production fixes or implementations.

Requirements


• 5+ years of experience as a Business Systems Analyst or Financial Systems support


• Background in accounting, reconciliation, or financial operations strongly preferred


• Hands-on experience with Oracle ARCS, BlackLine, or similar reconciliation and close management tools.


• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to think strategically beyond day-to-day tasks.


• Proven experience improving reconciliation efficiency through automation or process redesign.


• Excellent communication and collaboration skills across technical and business teams.


• Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver results in a fast-paced environment.


• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Information Systems, or a related field preferred.
