A
HVAC Service/Maintenance Sales
promotes and sell preventive maintenance agreements to our clients. This role requires a strong understanding of HVAC systems and the ability to assess client needs, provide solutions, and build lasting customer relationships. The ideal candidate is a proactive self-starter with both technical aptitude and sales expertise.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Sell HVAC service maintenance agreements to new and existing clients
  • Conduct site visits to evaluate HVAC systems and recommend appropriate maintenance plans
  • Identify customer needs and create customized proposals and quotes
  • Maintain a pipeline of qualified leads and actively pursue new business opportunities
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with facility managers, property owners, and contractors
  • Collaborate with service technicians and operations staff to ensure proper execution of agreements
  • Meet or exceed monthly sales goals and KPIs (Key Performance Indicators)
  • Track all activities and opportunities in CRM and provide regular sales reports
  • Stay current with HVAC industry trends, service offerings, and competitor activity
  • Attend and actively engage in networking events to build industry relationships
  • Performs other related duties as assigned to meet the ongoing needs of the organization

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate's or Bachelor's degree or Completion of accredited HVAC training program and/or HVAC apprenticeship strongly preferred
  • At least 2+ years of sales experience in HVAC or mechanical services required
  • Solid understanding of commercial HVAC systems and components
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software
  • Goal oriented with a strong sense of initiative and self-motivation
  • Valid driver's license and clean driving record
  • Primarily field based with regular travel to customer locations
  • May include visiting rooftops, mechanical rooms, or other on-site HVAC system areas
  • Ability to stand, walk, and inspect equipment in varying conditions
