What We're Looking For
We need someone who is BOTH a sales closer and a team leader.
You MUST be able to:
  • Sell $20K–$35K HVAC systems confidently
  • Train and mentor techs on sales process, communication, and turnover strategy
  • Run calls yourself when needed (not above jumping in)
  • Coach CSRs on booking, scripting, memberships, and lead quality
  • Handle a high pace, shifting priorities, and a high expectation environment
  • Build processes without overcomplicating them
  • Lead from the front, not from a desk
This is NOT a "corporate sit-back manager" role.
 It's a hands-on, boots-on-the-ground position.

Skills & Experience That Matter
  • Proven HVAC sales experience (Comfort Advisor or Selling Tech required)
  • Successfully closed high-ticket home improvement deals
  • Experience in training or team leadership preferred
  • Strong communication and emotional intelligence
  • Ability to create structure while staying flexible
  • Confidence, presence, and the ability to build trust quickly
  • Comfortable with ServiceTitan (or willing to learn fast)
What You Will Do
  • Run sales calls (as needed) and close replacements at premium pricing
  • Train techs weekly & coach in the field
  • Improve turnover rates and membership sales
  • Help build a culture of accountability and performance
  • Support dispatch, CCRs, and the install team when needed

Compensation: $150, $250,000.00 per year
