Frazer, a leading builder of emergency medical vehicles, is currently seeking an IT Tech Support Specialist III to join our team. The IT Tech Support Specialist III at Frazer reports to the IT Manager, and is responsible for assisting the IT Team and supporting Frazer end users with hardware, software, and printer needs, resolving issues beyond Tier II, and helping document processes, policies, and training.

What Does a Week in the Life of the IT Tech Support Specialist III Look Like?

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for employees seeking technical assistance.
  • Assist in resolving escalated issues and ensure that the employee's issue is ultimately resolved.
  • Document the issues and resolutions to expedite resolution of future occurrences.
  • Responsible for new hire training.
  • Maintain on-site computer kiosks and printers handling software updates, resolving connectivity issues, paper jams, ink and paper replacements, etc.
  • Assist with configuring and setting up computers and related peripheral devices for new employees, or to replace an existing user's computers.
  • Maintain MIS Hardware inventory and records.
  • Perform Software updates to user machines.
  • Research, outline, write, and edit new and existing technical documentation, working closely with various departments to understand project, documentation, or training requirements.
  • Assist the MIS team in projects related to employee interactions and pass on any feedback or suggestions by employees to the internal team.
  • Identify and suggest possible improvements on technologies, policies, or procedures.
  • Assist with new employee orientation as needed.
  • Perform any other duties assigned by your team leader or supervisor as needed to support the objectives of the company, its employees, or its customers.

Required Education and Experience

  • 2 years experience as an IT help desk support or other customer support role
  • Tech savvy with working knowledge of Mac, Windows, ChromeOS, and GWS (Google Workspace)
  • Good understanding of computer systems, mobile devices, printers, and other technology products
  • Proficiency in English

Preferred Education and Experience

  • 3+ years of experience in in-person IT help desk support or similar customer support roles
  • Proficiency in Spanish
  • University studies or other related technical training
  • Familiarity with A.I. tools (ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, etc.)

This role pays between $28.00 – $35.00 per hour.

Work Schedule

You'll work Monday–Friday, 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM, with occasional evening or weekend work as needed.
