Position Overview: As a Part-Time Retail Associate, you will play a vital role in providing an outstanding in-store experience for our clientele. Your expertise in luxury goods and fabric materials will enhance customer interactions and support our mission of delivering excellence in every aspect of the shopping experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Customer Engagement: Educate customers about products, including detailed knowledge of fabric materials and luxury brands, to enhance their shopping experience.
  • Visual Merchandising: Maintain and create visually appealing displays that reflect brand standards and attract customer attention.
  • Inventory Management: Monitor inventory levels, manage shelves, and assist with restocking to ensure a well-organized and fully stocked sales floor.
  • Sales Support: Collaborate with the team to achieve sales targets while providing personalized service to meet customer needs.
  • Store Maintenance: Ensure the store environment is clean, organized, and aligned with FLOK NYC's aesthetic.

Qualifications:

  • Experience: Minimum of 3 years of retail experience, preferably with luxury goods.
  • Product Knowledge: Strong understanding of high-end fashion, including fabric materials and their applications.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and interpersonal skills to effectively educate and engage with customers.
  • Visual Merchandising Skills: Proven ability to create attractive displays that enhance the shopping experience.
  • Team Player: Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple tasks.
