Position Summary
The Concierge / Member Services Ambassador is the welcoming face and central service hub of Spring Run Golf Club. This role ensures exceptional member and guest interactions while providing vital administrative and front-desk support. Reporting directly to the Director of HR & Marketing, the Concierge delivers professional, efficient, and polished service consistent with Spring Run's high standards.

The individual in this position must excel in communication, organization, accuracy, and hospitality, while possessing the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced member-service environment.

Essential Duties And Responsibilities
Member & Guest Relations

  • Greet members, guests, and vendors with professionalism and warmth.
  • Provide accurate information about club amenities, dining, programs, iLife, and hours.
  • Answer phones and direct inquiries appropriately.
  • Maintain a welcoming, polished front desk environment.

Administrative Operations

  • Process membership cards (photos, printing, reprints).
  • Receive ARC applications, maintain ARC tracking logs, and ensure proper documentation.
  • Process transfer member applications and input data into NorthStar.
  • Enter guest applications and vehicle information into DwellingLive.
  • Issue, activate, deactivate, and document member/staff transponders.
  • Update clubhouse bulletin boards and community information boards.
  • Prepare weekly Open House documentation and distribute to the appropriate staff.
  • Upload committee documents and minutes to the website as needed.
  • Assist with administrative projects assigned by the Director of Administration.

Financial & Mail Responsibilities

  • Receive and verify checks; prepare the daily deposit spreadsheet.
  • Sort and distribute incoming mail; manage outgoing mail and postage meter.

Technology & Meeting Support

  • Assist with setting up Zoom meetings and meeting room logistics.
  • Maintain accurate administrative spreadsheets and data tracking systems.
  • Operate standard office equipment (computer, card printer, phone system, postage meter, scanner).

Cross-Department Collaboration

  • Support Administration, Membership, Marketing, and Activities teams.
  • Assist with project-based tasks as assigned by the Director of HR & Marketing.

Qualifications
Education & Experience

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Previous experience in hospitality, administrative support, front desk operations, or private club settings strongly preferred.

Skills & Competencies

  • Superior customer service and communication skills.
  • Professional appearance and demeanor.
  • Strong organization and time management abilities.
  • Accuracy in data entry and record keeping.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office or Google Workspace; ability to learn NorthStar and DwellingLive.
  • Ability to follow instructions, work independently, and adapt to changing priorities.

Physical Requirements

  • Prolonged standing, sitting, and walking.
  • Ability to lift up to 20 lbs occasionally

Compensation & Benefits
Pay Range: $23.00'$25.00 per hour
