Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Forman to oversee construction projects from start to finish. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in construction management, with the ability to read and interpret schematics and manage pipeline projects effectively. This role requires excellent supervisory skills and a commitment to quality control, ensuring that all work meets industry standards and project specifications. They will need to be able to have the knowledge and skillset to complete and execute construction projects from start to finish and teach other candidates that are onsite. Please do not apply if you have no prior construction experience or knowledge, we are searching for a candidate that has 11+ years in construction experience, and is skilled that can lead other employee's onsite and check to ensure they are doing things up to code and correctly.

Duties

  • Supervise daily operations on construction sites, ensuring adherence to safety protocols and project timelines.
  • Has very good time management and is on time.
  • Willingness to step up when needed.
  • 11+ years of experience working in construction and leading employee's.
  • Ability to be sent to different job sites and complete that is of craftsmanship and up to code.
  • Variety of skillsets to complete jobs from start to finish
  • Lead other employee's on job sites.
  • Drive from job site to job site.
  • Review schematics and blueprints to ensure compliance with design specifications and quality standards.
  • Conduct regular inspections of work performed, implementing quality control measures as necessary.
  • Provide guidance and support to team members, fostering a collaborative work environment.
  • Address any issues or challenges that arise during the construction process, implementing effective solutions.

Experience

  • Proven experience in a supervisory role within the construction industry.
  • Familiarity with pipeline construction processes and techniques.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to lead a team effectively.
  • Ability to read and interpret schematics, blueprints, and technical documents.
  • Experience in framing, drywall, painting, trim, windows, bathroom remodels, additions, kitchen remodels. Projects from start to finish.
  • 11+ years of experience working in construction and leading employee's.
