At Leisure Time Inc., we pride ourselves on delivering exceptional customer service and reliable solutions. As a trusted name in the industry, we're looking for a friendly, organized, and professional individual to join our team as a Service and Parts Receptionist / Trim-Out Coordinator.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys a mix of customer interaction, scheduling coordination, and administrative organization. The right candidate will take ownership of our trim-out scheduling, ensuring communication and progress stay on track between builders, customers, and sales staff.
Key Responsibilities
- Build, maintain, and manage the trim-out schedule, ensuring accuracy and efficiency
- Communicate regularly with builders, customers, and sales staff regarding unfinished or completed jobs
- Greet customers in a courteous and professional manner, both in person and over the phone
- Schedule service appointments and follow up on upcoming or missed visits
- Answer incoming calls and direct them appropriately to service or parts personnel
- Assist with parts inquiries, availability, and order updates
- Coordinate with technicians and service advisors to relay customer concerns
- Manage front desk duties including filing, data entry, and documentation
- Keep the waiting area clean, organized, and welcoming
- Support the service department with administrative tasks during slower periods
Qualifications
- Previous experience in a receptionist, service office, or dealership role preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent organization and attention to detail
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
- Professional demeanor with a positive, team-oriented attitude
- Comfortable managing schedules, making calls, and following up with multiple stakeholders
- Basic computer proficiency (scheduling systems, data entry, and email)
