The Floor Care Supervisor will manage an established account for Solenis, a Diversey company. The primary responsibility will be to create value for the assigned customers through the technical service they provide; and to identify new product opportunities and selling to existing customers. A Floor Care Supervisor's sole focus is to guarantee quality of service provided, and to maintain revenue. A Floor Care Supervisor may work on attaining new business where appropriate, but that is not their primary assignment or job responsibility. Candidates must reside in the vicinity of Baltimore, MD.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

  • Engage and train contractors to brand's standards
  • Engage and partner with store managers and directors to ensure highest levels of service
  • Audit current processes and operations in existing stores
  • Data analysis against brand standards to ensure proper product usage
  • Support business reviews with internal and external management

WHAT YOU'LL BRING

  • Strong relationship-building skills, an ability to connect with personnel on all levels
  • Expertise in business analytics
  • Janitorial/Sanitation experience is a plus
  • Willingness to travel up within the customer's geographical area, up to 75% of the time
  • Food safety experience
  • Managerial acumen
  • High school or equivalent is a minimum requirement
