Premier Tax & Financial Services is seeking knowledgeable and detail-oriented Tax Professionals to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of tax laws, financial concepts, and compliance practices. This role requires accuracy, professionalism, and outstanding customer service, as you will prepare and review tax returns for individuals and businesses.

At this time, we are primarily hiring tax professionals who prefer to work on a commission-based compensation structure. This opportunity is ideal for motivated individuals who thrive in a performance-driven environment and are eager to maximize their earning potential.

Tax Professional Requirements

-Needs to have tax preparation software experience.

-Needs to have a PTIN.

Responsibilities

  • Prepare and file federal and state tax returns for individuals and businesses.
  • Review financial documents, income statements, and expense records.
  • Ensure full compliance with applicable tax laws and regulations.
  • Advise clients on effective tax strategies and financial planning options.
  • Stay up to date on tax legislation and industry standards.
  • Provide professional and courteous assistance to clients with inquiries.
  • Utilize financial software, including Sage, to streamline tax preparation.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to enhance efficiency and client satisfaction.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in tax preparation or public accounting is preferred.
  • Strong accounting and analytical skills with attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in financial and tax software; experience with Sage is a plus.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Ability to manage multiple clients and meet deadlines effectively.
  • Background in financial sales or administrative work is advantageous.
  • Relevant coursework or certification in taxation or accounting is beneficial.
  • Self-motivated and results-driven, especially in a commission-based environment.
