Health Advantage Credit Union, the largest healthcare credit union in Michigan, is looking for a friendly and dedicated Contact Center Representative to join our member-focused team

As a Contact Center Representative, you'll be the voice of Health Advantage, helping members with their financial needs while providing the personal, thoughtful service that sets us apart.

Duties

  • Answer member calls and assist with account inquiries, transactions, and problem-solving — all with a smile in your voice.
  • Listen carefully and offer solutions that meet each member's unique needs.
  • Educate members about our products and services, helping them make confident financial decisions.
  • Process transactions accurately and efficiently while following all regulations.
  • Collaborate with teammates to keep the contact center running smoothly.
  • Spot opportunities to recommend products or services that can make a real difference in members' financial well-being.

Experience

  • Previous member or customer service (banking or credit union experience is a plus).
  • Excellent communication and active listening skills.
  • A positive attitude and a passion for helping people.
  • Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment.
  • Sales or product knowledge experience is helpful but not required — we'll train the right person
