- Annual base compensation $301,600
- Commencement Bonus $30,000 for 2 year commitment
- 6 weeks paid time off | 46 weeks of service

Practice Setting:
- 4 ORs, 2-3 Endo Rooms
- Case mix: GI/Endo- 4,800 cases annually, Surgical- 4,600 cases annually, Ortho, Uro, Plastics – your standard outpatient cases
- Shift types: 8s
Qualifications:
- Active MI license
- NBCRNA Certification
- ALS/BLS Certifications
