Outside Sales Representative

Overview
As a Sales Representative at The Renfrow Group, you will play a critical role in driving business growth by identifying and securing new clients. You will be responsible for building relationships with prospective clients, understanding their security needs, and presenting Renfrow Group's services as the ideal solution. This position requires a motivated self-starter with excellent organizational, communication and sales skills.
Job Type: Full-time, 8am-5pm M-F
Duties:
- Identify and target potential clients in need of security services.
- Conduct outbound sales calls, meetings, and presentations to prospective clients.
- Maintain a deep understanding of Renfrow Group's security services and offerings.
- Build and nurture strong relationships with clients, ensuring customer satisfaction and long-term partnerships.
- Prepare and present customized security service proposals to meet client needs.
- Negotiate contracts and close sales to achieve sales targets and company growth objectives.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery and client onboarding.
- Track sales activities, maintain a detailed CRM, and report on sales performance to management.
- Stay informed about industry trends and market conditions to identify new business opportunities.
- Attend industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to represent The Renfrow Group and generate leads.
Requirements:
- Degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or related field is preferred.
- Proven experience in sales desired
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to build and maintain client relationships.
- Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team.
- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel.
Job Type: Full-time
Projected Total Compensation: $50, $100,000.00 per year
