The Controller oversees all financial operations within the healthcare organization, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and efficiency across accounting, reporting, and budgeting functions. This role plays a key part in supporting executive leadership through data-driven financial insights and helps maintain fiscal health in alignment with healthcare regulations and best practices.

This is a fully onsite position

Salary: $105-130k/yr

Responsibilities:
  • Oversee day-to-day accounting operations, including general ledger maintenance, accounts payable/receivable, payroll, and month-end close processes.
  • Prepare, analyze, and present timely and accurate financial statements and management reports in accordance with GAAP and healthcare industry standards.
  • Develop and manage annual budgets, forecasts, and financial plans; provide variance analysis and actionable recommendations to leadership.
  • Oversee revenue cycle accounting functions, including patient billing, collections, and third-party reimbursement analysis.
  • Implement and monitor internal control policies to safeguard assets and ensure operational efficiency.
Requirements:
  • Bachelors Degree in Accounting, Finance or related field
  • 6+ years accounting experience with 3+ years experience in a managerial role
  • Prior healthcare experience highly preferred but not required
