After four years of steady growth, we're stepping into our next exciting chapter — scaling our systems, expanding our team, and refining how

we serve our clients. The founder continues to drive new business, but now we're looking for a business-minded operator to take the reins of

day-to-day client operations and help build the engine that drives our next phase of growth.

About the Role

We're hiring a Lead Bookkeeper / Business Operator — someone who doesn't just "do the books," but runs the operation. You'll own the

client experience after onboarding, manage workflows, and help refine the processes that make our firm efficient, scalable, and truly clientcentered.

What You'll Do

• Manage all client bookkeeping operations in QuickBooks Online

• Oversee month-end close, reconciliations, and financial reporting

• Communicate directly with clients — answering questions, reviewing reports, and becoming their go-to advisor

• Build and improve workflows, SOPs, and client deliverables to increase efficiency and scalability

• Collaborate with the owner to optimize systems, profit margins, and service quality

• Contribute to team structure and hiring as the business expands

What We're Looking For

• 3+ years of bookkeeping or accounting experience (small business or real estate clients preferred)

• Strong command of QuickBooks Online and general accounting principles

• Excellent communicator — proactive, professional, and personable

• Organized, process-oriented thinker with an eye for detail and efficiency

• Entrepreneurial spirit — eager to take ownership, make decisions, and grow with the company

• Comfortable in a dynamic small-business environment where no two days are the same
