Your Role:
ReSource Pro is seeking a Senior Operations Consultant to lead mid- to large-scale consulting engagements for Retail, MGU, and Carrier clients. In this role, you'll drive client revenue growth and profitability by guiding strategic planning, operational improvements, and system project management initiatives. You'll leverage our proven playbooks, project management tools, and deep insurance expertise to deliver impactful solutions that strengthen our clients' businesses.

All remote positions are based in the United States, and candidates must reside within the U.S. to be eligible for consideration.

In this role, you will:Lead and deliver consulting engagements to meet project timelines, scope, and client satisfactionDevelop and deliver client proposals, including resource planning, effort estimation, and pricingProvide clear, high-quality client communications through executive presentations and updatesApply change leadership, Lean process mapping, and operational improvement techniques to achieve client outcomesIdentify risks, create mitigation plans, and ensure delivery excellence using ReSource Pro's consulting methodologyIndependently manage multiple client portfolios and nurture long-term client relationships to drive growth and retentionLead internal or client-focused process improvement initiatives and contribute to thought leadership through webinars, white papers, and industry eventsCoach, mentor, and guide junior team members to support their growth and successWhat You Need to be Successful:Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or Risk Management (Insurance focus preferred)10+ years of U.S. Property & Casualty or Employee Benefits insurance operations experience5+ years in consulting, from discovery through execution (Big 4 experience preferred)5+ years of Lean process improvement or operations management experience3+ years of business process outsourcing (BPO) and operations management experienceLean Six Sigma Black Belt or equivalent experience (required)PMP certification or 3+ years of program management experience (required)Additional certifications such as CISR, ARM, CIC, Agile Certified, or Certified Insurance Operations Professional are a plus
 Your Compensation:
Our salary ranges are based on paying competitively for our size and industry, and are one part of the total compensation package that also includes annual bonus eligibility, benefits, and other opportunities at ReSource Pro. Individual pay decisions are based on a number of factors, including qualifications for the role, experience level, skillset, geography, and balancing internal equity relative to other ReSource Pro employees. This is a remote position, and the salary range for most locations for this role is $75,126-$127,083 per year. The salary range may vary based on experience and on the specific geographic location in which the candidate resides.
