What You'll Be Doing

  • Own the full 360 recruitment lifecycle: business development, client management, search delivery, and offer negotiation.
  • Partner with founders, security leaders, and VC talent teams to help them hire elite cybersecurity and software talent.
  • Develop and execute creative go-to-market strategies to win new clients and expand Hampton North's presence in key accounts.
  • Build and nurture high-value candidate networks across cybersecurity, engineering, and leadership disciplines.
  • Manage searches end-to-end, from briefing and mapping to shortlisting, closing, and post-placement support.
  • Contribute to Hampton North's growth strategy by helping shape best practices, GTM strategy, and client engagement.

What We're Looking For

  • 3+ years of 360 recruitment experience in technology, software, or cybersecurity
  • Proven ability to win and grow client relationships, from cold outreach to retained partnerships.
  • Strong commercial instincts with an entrepreneurial mindset and hunger to build something meaningful.
  • Excellent communication skills and the confidence to engage senior leaders, founders, and investors.
  • Curiosity and willingness to immerse yourself in the world of cybersecurity and emerging technology.
  • A self-starter who thrives in a performance-driven environment and wants to become a recognized name in a niche market.
