Shift Schedule:
Monday – Friday | 9:30 AM – 6:00 PM
Hours per Week:
40 hours

Pay Highlights:
$17-19/hour (Based on years of experience)
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle a
high volume of incoming calls
in a call center environment. - Evaluate and respond to employee inquiries via phone, fax, and email in accordance with
Service Level Agreements (SLAs)
. - Review and interpret employee data to resolve HR-related issues.
- Maintain
sensitivity, professionalism, and respect
in all interactions. - Escalate complex issues to Tier 2 representatives or supervisors as appropriate.
- Create and maintain detailed, accurate case records in the
Case Management System
. - Follow established protocols for problem resolution and issue escalation.
- Provide guidance to employees regarding available HR tools and resources.
- Enter, scan, and retrieve employee information in
HRIS
systems with accuracy and compliance. - Maintain confidential employee files and adhere to all
privacy and security regulations
. - Uphold company values, policies, and all applicable federal, state, and local laws.
- Provide efficient and courteous service to all callers.
- Perform additional administrative duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
Education:
High School Diploma or GED required.
Experience: 1–2 years
of experience in
Human Resources administration
and/or a
call center environment
.
Note:
Local candidates within 30 miles are eligible.
*Offered pay rate will be based on education, experience, and healthcare credit.
