Our Client is looking for a Customer Service Representative to deliver exceptional support and guidance to members navigating their personal insurance needs. This role combines problem-solving, insurance knowledge, and excellent communication across phone, email, and digital channels.

What You'll Do:

  • Assist members with quotes, policy changes, billing, payments, underwriting, and coverage questions
  • Provide accurate solutions while minimizing escalations and call-backs
  • Maintain compliance with state-specific insurance requirements and manage risk according to company policies
  • Navigate multiple systems efficiently while keeping the member experience engaging and professional

What You'll Bring:

  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Active Property & Casualty or Personal Lines license (ability to obtain additional state licenses as needed)
  • 1+ year of customer service experience in insurance, financial services, or a related field
  • Strong multitasking and problem-solving skills

Nice-to-Have:

  • Military experience or connection through a spouse/domestic partner
  • Prior experience in a fast-paced contact center environment
